Photo & Biometric Consent

Effective date: October 14, 2026

This consent is part of the photo-upload step for Unique Video Gift, operated by Arcadia Labs, LLC, 30 North Gould, Suite N, Sheridan WY 82801. It should be read with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What you are consenting to

When you select the required consent box and submit photos, you authorise us to process the photos, including facial features that may be treated as biometric information under some laws, to create animated characters and the personalised movie you request. We use this processing only for the order, an approved fix, delivery, and support of that order.

Whose photos you may submit

You confirm that you are one of the two people pictured, or that you have permission from each person pictured to submit their photos for this movie. You also confirm that everyone in the photos is 18 or older. Do not upload a photo if you do not have that permission.

Who may process the material

Arcadia Labs, LLC and the service providers it uses to store, process, render, deliver, secure, and support the movie may process the photos and facial-feature information only as needed for those purposes. We do not sell, lease, or trade photos or facial-feature information.

Retention and destruction

For an unpaid lead, source photos and preview data are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. For a delivered movie, source photos are scheduled for deletion 30 days after delivery. If an order is refunded, its source photos and movie are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. The delivered movie is scheduled to remain available for up to 12 months after delivery.

You can withdraw this consent for future processing and request deletion by contacting support@uniquevideogift.com from the email used for the order. Withdrawal or deletion may prevent us from completing or continuing to provide the movie. We may retain limited information where necessary for legal, accounting, security, or unsubscribe obligations.
